The aim of the 5th year is to support themes related to current urban issues:
• Renewal of the central urban structures of cities and municipalities, as well as defining solid edges that delineate the interface between settlement and landscape. • Entering into historical contexts represented by one's own urban structure, architectural form, scale, or typology. Entering this space through a dialogue with tradition should involve seeking new relationships or restoring interrupted relationships. • Renewal of citizen participation in the development of cities and municipalities and in the creation of public space, as the most apparent form representing this relationship. • Initiation of young architects.
Purpose and mission of the competition showcase:
The purpose of the competition showcase is to gain various perspectives on the development of settlements, mutual confrontation of views on the development of settlement structures. The results can thus initiate a public discussion on this topic and potentially lead to the announcement of a design competition according to public procurement law.
The competition showcase can once again be attended by students or graduates of architecture, urbanism, landscape and garden architecture fields, as well as self-taught practitioners in the field, who have not exceeded the age of 33 years by the final deadline for submission of competition entries. The works are not limited by the year of creation but must not have been submitted to previous years of the competition.

The patron of the competition has become Eva Jiřičná. "Young architectural blood has the greatest potential for success, and I wish them luck. Having talent alone is not enough. A person must love what they do and devote all their energy, time, and humility to it. They must admire those around them more than themselves, must learn the magic word "tolerance," and must know how to lose with a smile. "
