Modular construction is gaining more supporters in the country primarily for the benefits that this construction method undoubtedly has, especially speed, cost advantages, and the possibility of disassembly and reassembly at a new location, other advantages are listed here. Progressive private investors have previously discovered and appreciated the advantages of modular construction. In the past two years, modular construction has been increasingly adopted in municipal building for the construction of kindergartens (theme of the 3rd year of the competition), starter and social housing (theme of the 4th year of the competition), as well as for the construction of retirement homes, athlete facilities, and schools, which is the theme of the 5th year.
