Nomination Evening of the Czech Architecture Award 2017

At the beginning of 2017, the Czech Chamber of Architects announced the 2nd year of the competition exhibition Czech Architecture Prize. A total of 249 architectural projects were submitted. The results will be decided by a seven-member international jury, which during May 2017 selected a shortlist of works, called nominations, to be revealed at the nomination evening.
The nomination evening for the Czech Architecture Prize 2017 will take place on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 7:30 PM in the cultural zone Pragovka (Kolbenova 923/34, Prague 9).
Don't miss the unique opportunity to reflect on the domestic architectural scene! The informal evening will feature jurors Eelco Hooftman, Marianne Loof, Matija Bevk, and Jiří Oplatek, who will reveal how Czech architecture stands in comparison to the world architecture. A discussion with the jurors will precede the nomination evening, taking place at 4:00 PM in Vnitroblock. Both events are open to the public. Due to the limited capacity of the Vnitroblock café, registration for the discussion is required in advance via email. Therefore, we invite you to an enjoyable evening dedicated to architecture, good food, and drinks, all in a unique industrial setting!
The evening will be hosted by Ester Geislerová and Johana Švarcová.

Dress code is informal. Entry is free!
