The Krkonošská Prize for Architecture 2024 was awarded to the Mountain Lodge Bučina

The winner of the 3rd edition of the regional competition Krkonošská Award for Architecture is the mountain lodge Bučina in Malá Úpa. Awards for special achievements were granted to the wetlands of the Krkonošsko National Park and the revitalization of the municipal park in Špindlerův Mlýn. The public award from online voting was won by the multifunctional building Papírna in Černý Důl, while the public in the area recognized the mountain lodge Bučina as the best building. The mayor of Hostinné was awarded for the conceptual development of the town. The ceremonial announcement was preceded by a public debate on architecture and the development of the MAS Krkonoše area.
