THE EXISTING BUILDING WITH THE PARKING SPACE IN FORM OF A TUB AND THE STEPPED OFFICE FLOORS ORIGINATES OUT OF THE PRESCRIBED BUILDING HIGHT, THE NECESSITY OF CHEAP PARKING PLACES (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) AND THE MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF THE BUILDING DENSITY. THE THEREFORE EXISTING PAVILLON CHARACTER COMPLIES THROUGHOUT THE URBAN PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS.
THE OFFICE FLOORS THEMSELVES ARE ORIENTED TO THE "GREEN" NORTH SIDE. TO NORTH THE FACADE FORMS A SIGHT AND SUN PROTECTION.
THE FACADE CONSITS OF HAND MADE GFK ELEMENTS NORMALLY USED IN THE BOAT BUILDING INDUSTRY.
