The houses are located within the existing residential development. On one side, they neighbor residential buildings, and on the southern side, there are single-family homes. Four three-story apartment buildings are based on a cubic shape. They have one underground level with parking. The third above-ground floor is set back. The staircase and entrance to the building are emphasized in mass. All houses have the same floor plan shape and dimensions. Balconies and terraces with a view of greenery are located on the western facade. The northern and southern facades are structured with a quartet of windows. The roofs of the buildings are flat, and the parapet is shifted in height to mitigate the horizontal lines that prevail in the buildings and also serves as a cover for the elevator shaft. The materials of the buildings are left in a surface finish of white in contact thin-layer plaster, and the windows are wooden in white glaze.
