The generous house in Hanspulka is a reflection of the builder's life focus, which, apart from family, has become cars. The spacious ground floor resembles a car showroom, and one can drive a vehicle almost into the kitchen; essentially, it is living in a luxury garage. The layout of the open building and its positioning on the plot have been influenced by the mature trees along its southern and western boundaries.
A large part of the garden consists of a rectangular grassy area measuring the size of a tennis court, where a family soccer tournament is held every Sunday. A smooth transition between the interior and exterior is ensured by the glazed southern wall and the terrace area, which is also utilized by cars. The outdoor space is partially covered by an overhanging mass of the upper floor, at the end of which a projection screen can be lowered. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the highest floor have floor-to-ceiling windows on the eastern facade. In the basement of the concrete house, in addition to parking, there is also a one-room apartment.
