Černošice has been a popular suburban destination since the days of the First Republic. The exclusivity has persisted to this day. The former cottage colony in the Vráž area is gradually transforming into a development of family houses. The small plot, extensive construction program, and strict regulations in the area necessitate a design for a two-story house. The ground floor includes living spaces and a children's playroom, while the upper floor contains a private section with bedrooms and their own bathrooms. The mass of the house closes off towards the street and has the character of a "fortress," while opening up as much as possible towards the garden to the southwest, capturing sunlight and views of the Cukrák television transmitter.
