The duplex apartment in the historic center was created by combining two apartments one above the other. After uncovering the drywall ceilings, rough concrete ceilings were revealed, which the architects decided to acknowledge in the interior. This resulted in a contrast between historical details such as moldings, paneling, and the rough concrete. The entire interior is styled in monochromatic colors with subtle brass accents.
