At Solitude by the Pond

The house is located in the landscape of South Bohemia. Originally, it served as a brick pillar wood shed for the farmstead of the gamekeeper's lodge, and in the 1970s, it was converted into a cottage. The task was to enlarge it and raise the user standard. The strength of the view over the surface of the pond influenced the shape of the extension with its rotated gable and large window. The window is an infinitely changing picture, with nature as its painter. The slight bend of the house follows the curve of the path. The size of the house now allows for the gathering of a large family.
