The Mini Brewery Project in Most builds on previously realized breweries Hostivar 1,2, Trautenberk, and Spojovna for the same network of shareholder owners. The mini brewery is located on the outskirts of the city of Most in northwestern Bohemia in the Ústí nad Labem Region.

The minimalist building is constructed on a rectangular floor plan on Pod Koňským vrchem street. The complexity of the city and the relatively complicated plot led us to a geometrically simple solution. The façade of the building is brick with prominent glass areas at both ends. At one end of the building, there is an open view into the interior of the restaurant, and at the other end, a glimpse into the technological background, the brewing area, is allowed. Between these windows, the façade is filled with raw brick masonry.

The interior layout is determined by its operational needs. In the elongated building, two main operational units can be found. On the north side is the brewery’s background, where the main product – beer production – occurs. At the opposite end is the restaurant space with a bar and a kitchen background.

The interior of the building is also designed very simply. The walls are largely left in their raw, masonry state, painted only in white. Locally, for example in the social and kitchen areas, the brick is complemented by ceramic tiling. The main public space of the building – the restaurant – combines brick masonry, wooden furniture with metal details, steel structural elements, and polished concrete flooring.
In the central part of the room, there are two main counters, one for serving beer and the other for the bar.

The contact with the surroundings and the face of the brewery are generally complemented by a graphically represented logo in the form of the letter M, which is not only the basic designation of the beer but ultimately also a part of the façade of the entire building. The logo, like the entire building, is simple, clean, and made of black steel sheet on the façade.

The restaurant also features an outdoor terrace, partially covered by a wire structure that will be adorned with climbing hops during the summer months, in the same way as on the nearby hop fields.
