The cottage is situated on a beautiful plot on the hillside at the edge of a location known as Nové domky. It connects to the scattered development of local cottages in the area both urbanistically and visually. The shape of the house is simple, based on the classic shape of a mountain cottage – a rectangular floor plan positioned horizontally along the slope. The volume of the house consists of a block for the ground floor topped with a gable roof with upper floors.

The cottage is designed as a short-term rental object. The spatial organization is divided into two main areas by floors. The ground floor, aside from the entrance and essential facilities, includes the main living space with a kitchen and dining area. The upper floor contains bedrooms for rest and sleep with the necessary social facilities. The highest part of the roof is filled with a sleeping loft connected by separate stairs from the main bedrooms. In winter, it is possible to exit directly from the ground floor onto the adjacent ski slope.

For the construction of the building, a classic method was chosen with a masonry structure, wooden trusses, and a wooden beam ceiling. The external extension with covered access is made of exposed concrete.

Concrete partly extends into the interiors, where a visible internal concrete pillar separates the living area from the dining space. The interior is complemented by wooden paneling and wooden furniture made from slightly bleached spruce wood, black armchairs, brown chairs, and stainless steel kitchen elements. The floor on the ground floor is wooden with local use of screed and carpets. The floor of the sleeping loft is mostly covered with carpet. The furniture in the loft is similarly made from bleached spruce wood, just like downstairs.
