It adopts the structural and technical elements of the given environment in its scale and principle, characteristic details of craftsmanship and assembly execution.
The spatial layout is determined by the set scale of the realized solitaires, which, through their arrangement, brings a new function to the space.
The material and construction solution primarily utilizes recycled-prefabricated construction and panel elements in the form of steel beams and panel components, solid wooden cladding which complements the proposed steel structures in the given theme.
A significant feature of the overall solution is the use of flat glass as a basic structural and material variant in the individual operations of the space.

Construction and Technology - the existing structure of the building dates back to the beginning of the last century. It is predominantly composed of a reinforced concrete skeleton, with plastered-brick façade infill of the walls, reinforced concrete beam ceilings, concrete slabs, and load-bearing steel assemblies such as crane tracks, etc.
The interior modification opens, cleans, and artistically enhances these original materials of the space. For surface finishes, rough abrasive coating systems and epoxy flooring structures are used.
Floor heating and hot water supply are ensured by a heat pump, distributing heat to recycled heating bodies, supplemented by a direct source of local heating from installed pellet stoves.
