Working teams can be primarily divided into two parts in many fields of human activity: technicians and designers, or in other words, rational and poetic natures. A similar division can be seen in the activities of an architectural studio, where there are civil engineers and architects. Our client from the IT sector operates in exactly the same way and divides its workers into two teams: blue team and green team. Together with the client, we are convinced that a perfect product can only be created through the mutual intertwining of these two elements, finding their balanced ratio, and connecting them into a single whole. To achieve this, it is necessary to create a space for meetings – coworking + garden = lundegaarden.
Look at a sheet of paper, the shape of a table, a mobile phone, a chair, or how we fold our clothes. Although the human body is shaped into one curved mass, we surround ourselves with purely rational objects that can be inscribed in a rectangle or square. The most usable space for us is the proven floor plan shape of a rectangle because any curvature in the interior space prevents us from using it effectively and creates strange situations. However, in this realization, we have confirmed that a certain degree of poetic quality (or irrational shape) can evoke a pleasant change, dynamics, and surprisingly strong control over the entire space in a purely orthogonal environment. We further enhanced this effect by using translucent fabric, whose softness contrasts with other hard materials such as glass and concrete. A similar principle applies to the black color of the walls and the wooden cladding made of OSB boards.

Upon entering, the visitor is enchanted by the generous common space with a kitchenette, presided over by a circular conference room separated from the other areas by a white curtain. The interior is interesting not only in its content but also in its form – seemingly disparate materials have been used, which, when combined, create a harmonious whole of a productive working environment.
