The building is located near the Děvín water tower, at a site that is noticeable from a distance. The house is set on a base of underground parking, which forms the building's basement. The building has four above-ground floors with six residential units on the 1st and 2nd floors and five residential units on the 3rd and 4th floors. The basic character of the apartment building consists of five "bay windows" protruding from the plane of the facade, designed over the top two floors of the building, arranged along the eastern facade. The bay windows are materially and coloristically differentiated from the main rectangular mass. Thus, the floors with an exclusive view of the city are distinguished. The intention was also to somehow break up the elongated mass that is reflected in the panorama of the hill. The necessary parking capacity is located in underground garages, while parking for guests is provided on the ground.
