Housing Schwarzpark

This project contains a great generous public housing because of both their spatial and their material quality. Most of them have four bedrooms in a compact container located on one end of an urban park. The insertion of the building into the grounds of the park by means of a folded block reduces its visual impact. It incorporates various measures that contribute to the saving of energy and sustainable consumption, this without giving up a design that allows for maximum enjoyment of the area.
