Bytový dům Kyje

The apartment building Kyje is located just a few hundred meters from the picturesque historic center of this neighborhood on the outskirts of Prague. In a beautiful but immensely complicated location for construction, we managed to realize a residential project of a friendly scale. The mass of the building is composed of mutually shifted blocks, which create the terraces of individual apartments. The ground floor apartments are complemented by private gardens. There are a total of 8 apartments. Each of them has its own garage and outdoor parking space.
