The apartment is located in the former attic spaces of the city's drying rooms. Later, two small apartments were built here, which were unified into one living space after renovation in the 1990s and the extension of the neighboring apartment building. A peculiarity is that the bedroom and terrace are on the 4th floor of the adjacent apartment building, while the rest of the apartment is on the third floor. Thanks to these circumstances, it was possible to relocate the entrance to the apartment so that, after completely clearing the complicated layout, a single central living space was created, directly connected to the bathroom, separate bedrooms, and the outdoor terrace without unnecessary hallways. The only original feature is the structure of the raw masonry on the walls, projecting the rounded shape of the house staircase, which, along with the finely plastered finish and the uniform character of all the furniture, creates the overall composition.
