The living room, which opens across two floors, is divided into several "islands" with different seating - a sofa by the TV, armchairs by the fireplace, and a dining table for family celebrations for 8 persons. The main feature of the living room is the wall with a cement finish, which will gradually be complemented by a mosaic of pictures and photographs. The staircase leading to the upper floor of the duplex is designed from individual cantilevered steel structures with a wooden cladding. The railing by the wall is made of solid material topped with a stainless steel handrail, thus covering the anchoring of the entire staircase system into the wall. The railing on the upper floor will be completed with a cable system anchored between the floor and the ceiling, respectively between the individual steps and the ceiling.
