Office Building F

This proposal is an answer to a very pragmatic task – to design a building as universal as possible, as the future users of it are unknown.
We have designed a rational module, that is repeated with little changes in four levels. One field of the grid is fixed (staircase and services) and the rest of it is a variable open space. The regularity of the structure is disturbed by „accidently“ placed openings – loggias and large windows. This is the way how to bring green surfaces into offices as well as poetics to the facades.
