UN Studio: After Images

In one of the introductory texts to this edition, Ben van Berkel and Caroline Bos call for need for ‘other perceptions of additional realities'. This call mirrors their approach in the practice UN Studio which has lead to a series of remarkable projects examined in this document. Dating back to 1996, the 12 projects collected here, include the recently completed Mercedes-Benz Museum, Stuttgart; the Holiday Home, ICA Philadelphia; the Tea House on Bunker, Vreeland and the Galleria Department Store, Seoul. All projects are extensively documented with full page colour photographs, and accompanied by plans, elevations and models.
