What will you see?
The implementation of the structure of a minimalist two-story family house with a flat roof. The perimeter wall components NOVATOP SOLID thickness 84mm will be mounted on the foundation slab. The composition of the ceiling of this structure will consist of ceiling beams 120/280mm, set into cutouts in the structure of the perimeter walls, which will be covered with OSB4 P+D boards of thickness 25mm. The roof structure will be made of rafters 80/280, positioned on the load-bearing structure.

What does NOVATOP offer?
It is a comprehensive system of panels made of layered wood, which significantly facilitates your project preparations and the course of implementations. NOVATOP creates a massive, safe, and truly all-wood structure that you can assemble like a construction kit. Large-format panels (up to 12 x 2.95 m) are manufactured in precise formats, with selected joint processing, openings for windows and doors, and other individual modifications such as preparation for wiring or adding thermal, acoustic, or fire insulation. NOVATOP is unique in that it allows for the direct use of the visible quality of spruce wood as a final interior solution, as the exposed load-bearing structure can also serve as an interior surface. All components are surface airtight (air-tight), thanks to these properties, you can create an air-tight envelope even without foil vapor barriers. NOVATOP components can also be used for the construction of buildings with increased fire safety requirements, suitable for building family and apartment houses, administrative buildings, industrial halls, as well as for renovations, extensions, additions, etc. The input materials are certified “Natureplus.” The processing of components uses the latest CNC equipment, which operates according to CAD data, and the entire manufacturing process is digitally controlled. Everything is manufactured in the Czech Republic, the system was developed and verified in Switzerland.
