“To raise awareness of the quality of Schüco aluminum windows and doors among private end customers and to offer a network of verified and reliable stores is the main goal of our Premium Partner project,” explains Petr Herynek, marketing director of Schüco International KG for the Czech Republic. Premium Partner, a concept proven abroad, represents a network of exclusive partner stores of Schüco, which will provide comprehensive service in the field of aluminum windows and doors to customers who are homeowners, apartment owners, and apartment building owners. Membership will bring marketing promotion and the resulting sales support to partner companies.
Currently, the network includes nine premium partners who have received a year-round certificate confirming their membership. “We officially launched the project at the end of July with a symbolic kickoff at the golf course in Konopiště and a joint meeting with our partners. The concept has been successfully implemented in several other countries, and we believe it will be at least as effective as it is, for example, in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Luxembourg, or Norway,” adds Petr Herynek.
Uniform design and support for demand automation The concept will be backed by a common Premium Partner logo, promotional materials, and uniform outdoor signage for partner stores. The project’s completeness will also be supported by the upcoming website PremiumPartner.cz, which is expected to launch in August. Besides an overview of partners, the website will offer information about aluminum windows and doors, reference projects, and a special application for collecting and processing inquiries. Simply put, the application consists of an inquiry form where the customer fills out basic information and requirements. The system automatically processes these and generates the geographically nearest partner who will start addressing the project.
Promotion online and in print The Premium Partner project and the topic of Schüco aluminum profiles in general will be supported by a campaign both online and in housing magazines. “By the end of the year, we plan to strengthen our positions on the most well-known search engines Seznam.cz and Google.cz. In print, there will be repeated advertising in selected housing magazines. We will also support communication through PR,” adds Petr Herynek.
Roadshow and presentations in showrooms Other forms of promotion are also being prepared. In September, an informative Roadshow will take place across the Czech Republic, where a special Schüco Demotruck will visit the headquarters of partner stores, and representatives of the company Schüco will present innovative Schüco products and the general benefits of aluminum profiles to the professional and general public. In the future, Schüco plans to support the concept with presentations in showrooms and sample rooms directly at partners.
