Plaster with wood design

After successful realizations of facades of apartment buildings and other structures, the first Ceresit VISAGE plasters are starting to appear on the Czech market for family houses as well. The wood design plaster was chosen for the facade of the first floor by the investor of the family house in Pržno. To achieve the desired wood pattern, it was necessary to combine the white mineral thin-layer VISAGE plaster, which creates an authentic wood grain, and an impregnating coating in the color of wood, creating the final shade. Henkel offers up to six different color types to create the desired look of the plaster; the shade Bengal teak was used on the house in Pržno.

VISAGE plaster with sandstone appearance
In addition to facades that resemble natural stone, Henkel also offers a rich range of colors in shades of granite and sandstone. VISAGE plasters with sandstone appearance are available in a wide range of colors from creamy beige through reddish to gray; the investor of the family house in Kobeřice chose the golden shade Alabama Gold. The VISAGE series also includes special templates that allow for creating a texture typical for stone and bricks, giving the facade a natural appearance without the need to use actual stone or bricks. In Kobeřice, the Somerset Stone template from the offered options was utilized.

Designer acrylic plaster
The thin-layer designer acrylic plaster for creating "brick wall" structure or "natural stone" Ceresit CT 60 (0.5 mm) covers 280 m2 of the facade of the family house in Horoušánky. This plaster is available in 12 VISAGE shades and in the full range of colors of Ceresit Colours of Nature®; the homeowners chose the brick-red shade Vienna Bordó from the VISAGE shades, and the brick pattern was created with the London Brick template. The plaster used is color-stable, weather-resistant, and thanks to its BioProtect formula, also resistant to mold, algae, and fungi. It is characterized by low absorbency and high elasticity.

Based on the appearance of stone, wood, and metal, Henkel's laboratories have prepared new plasters and facade coatings Ceresit Visage, which look like real stone, wood, or metal on the house and represent greater variability in choosing color shades. In this way, individual, original projects can be created with the most suitable hue that best matches other building materials or the surrounding environment. The new Ceresit Visage plasters are intended for both interiors and exteriors, as part of a certified thermal insulation system or for use on traditional facades without additional thermal insulation. They are resistant to weather conditions, mold, algae, and fungi. Ceresit plasters and facade coatings contain the unique BioProtect® formula from Henkel, which ensures long-lasting protection of the facade due to active biocidal substances in microcapsules. Ceresit plasters and facade coatings have long-term color stability. They also feature antistatic properties thanks to the Anti Dirt Pick-up effect, which protects the facade from excessive dirt accumulation from the surroundings.
