The new window profile Elegante has won the Red Dot award

The leading manufacturer of window and door profiles, Deceuninck, has won the Red Dot award this year for its new profile system Elegante in the category of Product Design.

Elegante combines excellent thermal insulation properties (U_f = 0.93 W/m²K) with an extremely slim design. It is actually the slimmest PVC profile system on our market (exterior edge of just 9 mm).

With a construction depth of 76 mm, this six-chamber profile can meet the requirements of any customer. To further enhance thermal and sound insulation as well as protection against burglary, the profile can be equipped with very thick glazing of 70 mm. The system is available in both flat and offset sash designs.

Deceuninck also manufactures terrace systems from composite material Twinson, allowing for easy coordination of facades, windows, and gardens.

Twinson terraces are almost maintenance-free, safe (meet European standards for toy manufacturing materials), strong (load capacity of up to 1,750 kg/m²), and resistant to wood-destroying insects and fungi, which is why there is a guarantee of up to 25 years for this material. They are also unaffected by constant contact with water, making them suitable for covering pools or garden ponds. Additionally, the Terrace Massive system recently received fire certification B_ROOF(t1), making it suitable for rooftop terraces as well.
