Great emphasis is placed in the project on creating an inspiring environment where working and meeting will be a pleasure. The rental process has begun, and interest from the first potential tenants has already been registered for both office and retail spaces. The building can offer large office spaces with an area of over 3,000 m² on one floor, but due to flexible layouts, it is also possible to create smaller units starting from 300 m². A complete visualization of the project, specifications of the spaces, and plans for the future development of the entire existing site can be viewed on the project's website.
