Yvonna Fričová : Brasília - City - Dream

On Monday December 18, 2017 from 7:00 PM at the Architecture and Urban Planning Center (CAMP), Vyšehradská 51, a lecture by Yvonna Fričová, the author of the first Czech publication, which comprehensively presents the idea and architecture of the city of Brasília, will take place. Come early at seven and view the range of photographs from Brasília on our unique 25m long wall!
Brasília. An icon of modernist style, an urbanistic experiment full of futuristic shapes of architecture and utopian social visions.

Pavel Frič (*1955) is an architectural photographer, PhDr. Yvonna Fričová (*1954) is the editor of this book and the author of accompanying texts. The book was created as a private project at their own expense, without subsidies and grants, just like previous publications, e.g. Guido Boggiani – photographer, Images from the History of Czech Architecture; 20th Century Czech Architecture; Industrial_memory_origins; Little Gems of Czech Architecture, books from the legacy of A. V. Frič Čerwuiš, Indian Book, etc.
