Roman Koucký

O. s. For the Beautiful Olomouc, in collaboration with the Museum of Art Olomouc and the VIA Foundation, invites you to another program from the series dedicated to urbanism:

Let’s seek the minimum of what we must, not the maximum of what we can / Roman Koucký-Pavel Grasse: a conversation about urbanism here and now

Olomouc, May 9, 2013, at 18:00 in the Mozarteum hall of the Archdiocesan Museum Olomouc (Wenceslas Square 3).

The winner of many urban planning competitions, author of the book Elementary Urbanism and the emerging "metropolitan plan" for Prague, architect Roman Koucký will talk about urbanism and the meaning of spatial planning in today’s conditions. We will learn how restrictive current legislation is and how creatively we can approach spatial planning. Questions will be posed by Olomouc architect and urbanist Pavel Grasse.
