Miroslav Šik: Fun City

The next part of the lecture series by Miroslav Šik Big, Fun, Correct. After the first gripping lecture on the topic of BIG CITY, we will look at a city that is purely FUN.
Today's cities are shaped by trends that develop and simultaneously hinder them. The second of a three-part series of lectures created specifically for CAMP by Swiss-Czech architect Miroslav Šik. The second lecture will analyze the so-called "fun city," a city of work, social interactions, and family life, whose defining element is the developing enthusiasm and energy. In the first lecture, Miroslav Šik focused on the topic titled Big City, presenting a city affected by phenomena such as accumulation, concentration, and densification. The series will conclude with a reflection on the "correct city," an ideal city designed by elites for inhabitants of all strata, including the weaker ones.
