Dear Madam Architect, dear Sir Architect,
Similar to previous years, in the upcoming year we plan to present to the general public the SALON OF TIMBER CONSTRUCTIONS, the largest non-competitive exhibition of the best works that have emerged in the field of wooden architecture over the past period. This project aims to engage as wide an audience as possible through an exhibition, lectures, screenings, and professional literature.
After the Prague premiere, which will traditionally take place at the Timber Constructions Fair (February 4 – 7, 2016), we are preparing reprises in other cities of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Similar to previous editions, we plan to collaborate with embassies and cultural representations this year as well. In past years, we had the honor of welcoming prominent architects from Norway, Canada, Austria, and Scandinavia. An integral part of this project is also media support across printed and electronic media.
