In Český Těšín, a second city center will be built

Czech Těšín - Czech Těšín is likely to have another city center in addition to the square. The council intends to sell properties and land around the current bus station in an area known as the Golden Triangle, where a shopping gallery and other buildings could potentially be developed, reports today's Moravskoslezský Daily.
    According to Czech Těšín's mayor Vít Slováček, the town hall must find a suitable investor who will participate in the development of the Golden Triangle. "Just the demolition of the former Oseva building will cost several million korunas, and it is beyond the city’s capacity to finance everything," the mayor stated.
    Interested parties in building the new center should propose what will happen with the bus station. The council also plans to create new parking spaces to relieve the streets in the city center.
