Nezamyslice (Prostějov area) - Nezamyslice in the Prostějov area will build a brand new kindergarten building in the center of the town. The existing building does not meet the regulations, and its renovation would be too expensive. Jiří Doubrava, the mayor, stated to ČTK that the new kindergarten will cost 21 million crowns.

The kindergarten in Nezamyslice has been located on the first floor of the so-called town office club for about 40 years. "Currently, it is attended by 56 children, while the space there is only for 32 children," noted Doubrava. Construction work on the new kindergarten building began in the spring, and it should be completed by Christmas. "If everything goes according to plan, the kindergarten should move in next March," added the mayor.
The construction, including new playgrounds, parking lots, and sidewalks, will cost a total of over 21 million crowns, with approximately 17.5 million crowns obtained by Nezamyslice from the EU's Central Moravia regional operational program. The current kindergarten premises are expected to serve the elementary art school in the future, which, according to the mayor, could also use the small hall on the ground floor of the club for its chamber concerts.
