In Žižkov, the rough construction of the first phase of the Park Quarter has been completed

Prague - The development group Central Group has completed the rough construction of the first phase of the residential Park Quarter, which is being built on the site of the former Žižkov Freight Station in Prague 3. The first block is set to be finished next July, and the developer aims to construct 390 apartments within it. The project consists of three phases and is expected to be fully completed by around 2033, at a cost of 22 billion crowns. Construction of the second phase is set to begin this winter and is expected to finish in 2026. This was announced to reporters today by representatives of the developer at the construction site.

According to the developer, over 70 percent of the apartments in the project have already been sold, with 96 apartments currently available. According to information on the Central Group website, apartments ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk with energy efficiency rating B will be available in the area. The price of the smallest apartments starts at 5.35 million crowns, while four-room apartments exceed 20 million. Most will have underground parking spaces, terraces, or balconies. The complex will also include a kindergarten and commercial spaces for shops, restaurants, cafes, and services. In the middle of the complex, a park covering 15,000 square meters will be created.

The Park Quarter is one of three parts of the construction by the Central Group in Prague 3; its other projects in this district are the Nový Žižkov Center and Nový Jarov. The developer estimates the investment costs for these three projects, which are expected to create approximately 4,600 apartments, to exceed 40 billion crowns.
