Prague - The administrative building Dock 01 in Prague's Libeň, costing half a billion crowns, has been completed after 15 months of construction. The first tenants are already moving into the eight-story building. This was reported by the development company Crestyl, which is collaborating with UBM on the project.

As the first to move into the building, besides UBM, is the law firm Ueltzhöffer Klett Jakubec & Partners. Other tenants, including the Crestyl group, are expected to move in by the end of the year.
The building near the Vltava River offers a total of nine thousand square meters of leasable space. In the two-story underground parking lot, there are a total of 87 parking spaces available for tenants.
The Dock 01 building is the first of a total of four phases of the commercial part of the Dock project by the Crestyl group. UBM is only collaborating on this one building. The total area of the commercial part upon its completion will reach approximately 80 thousand square meters. Most of the space will consist of office spaces, with shops, restaurants, and cafes, including one right on the riverbank.
The project will also include apartments, with the residential part offering a total of 320 above-standard apartments over an area of 40 thousand square meters in three phases. Luxury apartment buildings are being constructed directly along the banks of two dead-end arms of the Vltava.
The newly emerging Dock quarter is located at the intersection of Prague's Libeň, Karlín, and Holešovice around two dead-end arms of the Vltava. The Dock project will be built in several phases and will offer a total of 120 thousand square meters of commercial and residential space upon its completion. It will also include a private club with a marina, restaurants, cafes, and other services. The total construction cost will amount to 7.8 billion crowns.
