Cheb will offer all available plots and houses on the website

Cheb - The city of Cheb will offer all available land and houses for potential investors on its website. It aims to support private investments and attract investors from places other than Cheb, said the mayor of the city, Antonín Jalovec (VPM), to ČTK.

The city operates its own website chebskenemovitosti.cz, where it offers municipal real estate for sale or rent. However, there are currently only a few properties available.

"We informed the council that we intend to place all important plots of land designated for development on this website, because it turns out that in the past, applicants who were well acquainted with the local real estate market and have information that is lacking in the rest of the republic were prioritized in Cheb," Jalovec stated.

The website should feature not only land but also municipal apartments that interested parties can renovate themselves, offers of non-residential spaces, and similar options.

However, as Jalovec specified, the offer on the website is not an announcement of a sales intention. If there is interest, the intention must be publicly announced and then the sale must be approved by the council.
