For the twelfth anniversary episode on young Czech architecture, which is taking place within the Stolen Gallery in Děčín Podmokly, we have invited the Prague studio A1Architects. The exhibition along with a lecture will take place this Thursday, March 27, at 7 PM in Děčín Podmokly at the corner of Zbrojnická and Tržní. Come and celebrate the first anniversary of the architecture cycle in Děčín with A1Architects!
A1ARCHITECTS
„The uniqueness of our lives is shaped by seemingly insignificant details at first glance. In our work, we seek the charm of these little things in the ordinary things around us that inspire us…“
The first independent projects of the members of A1Architects date back to 2003. In 2005, the studio and creative workshop A1Architects begins to take shape in Prague, with its core being Lenka Křemenová and David Maštálka, originally classmates from the architecture studio labelled A1 at the AAAD (Academy of Art, Architecture and Design). From 2005 to 2009, Jakub Filip Novák collaborated on several projects in the studio. Since 2012, the team has been joined by architect Tereza Schneiderová and, from the end of 2013, architect Matěj Žaloudek as well. Some projects also closely involve graphic designer, David’s sister, Marta Maštálková.
As always at UKG Děčín, the exhibition will be opened at the notice board and the lecture will take place at the Bodenbach bar (approximately a 2-minute walk).
You can find more information about exhibitions at UKG on our website.
Come and don’t miss another architectural experience!
