Context and Spatiality

The exhibition of the architectural office 3h architecture presents six realizations and six projects that have emerged over the last 15 years. The buildings in all cases connect to their context, whether it is rural architecture, a modernist building, or a historical monument. For architects, context is an excuse to engage in some way with the existing, with what is available. The second selection includes unrealized buildings, where innovation and experimentation are the decisive factors. The experiments generally focus on architectural space. In contrast to the simplified, "box-like" spaces of modern architecture, the spaces designed in these projects evoke historical or traditional solutions.
