On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 7:00 PM, the exhibition opening of Housing of Tomorrow will take place at the Brno Gallery of Architecture, Starobrněnská 18. At 5:00 PM, a discussion with Petr Kratochvíl, Karolína Plášková, Herwig Speigel, and Jan Tabor will be held at NEST interior, Panenska 1, moderated by Janica Šipulová.
How will we live in the city of tomorrow? Or to put it differently, how would we live today if we could choose? If we want to redefine our common life on a larger scale, we must ask ourselves what we should preserve and what new ideas deserve a chance. These questions are explored by the team from the AllesWirdGut studio in various surveys, workshops, and lectures, and they also try to describe what an ideal city should look like. Their results will be showcased at the exhibition "Housing of Tomorrow," which will open on May 15. The exhibition will be inaugurated with a festive evening and a panel discussion, and it will be accessible to the public until June 24 at the Brno Gallery of Architecture.
