Announcement of the competition for the Náklo lookout tower

The microregion Nový Dvůr announces on December 4, 2012, a one-round architectural competition for the development of a competition design solution for the construction

Lookout Tower Náklo

in the cadastral area of the municipality of Milotice, hill Náklo, and for the selection of a future contractor for complete project documentation.
Competition designs are to be submitted by January 15, 2013, by 12:00.
The subject of the competition is the development of a competition design for the architectural solution of the lookout tower and surrounding area in the cadastral area of Milotice, hill Náklo. The estimated amount of investment costs is 4 million CZK excluding VAT.
Due to land reform, there has been a slight change in the parcel numbers and in the defined area. It is now a rectangle measuring 61 m x 31 m. All details can be found in the attached conditions.
The purpose and mission of the competition is to find the most suitable concept for a comprehensive architectural (i.e., shape, layout, operational, technological, and material) solution for the lookout tower and adjacent space, and to assign the author of this solution the processing of the decisive performance phases of the project documentation and supervision of the construction implementation.
