Conceptual Study of Parks of the National Cultural Monument Vyšehrad - Announcement of Public Procurement

The national cultural monument Vyšehrad, a contributory organization established by the capital city of Prague, announces a small-scale public procurement for services no. NKPV/60/2019 titled: “CONCEPTUAL STUDY OF PARKS NKP VYŠEHRAD”.
NKP Vyšehrad is among the most significant sites in Czech history and, due to its location, is also one of the most visible urban and landscape units in Prague. In this context, it is anticipated that its maintenance and development will occur continuously based on long-term visions and strategies. Currently, the use of buildings in the area has stabilized concerning their condition and history, allowing for realistic planning of their further development.
The conceptual study should define and formulate, above all, a comprehensive vision and strategy for the approach to the development of the entire area and the overall compositional solution of park areas concerning the use of the NKP area and its heritage protection. Long-term collaboration should take place with the selected contractor to implement this concept, create a management plan and a philosophy for the maintenance and management of the NKP area for several decades. A significant point is also the communication of this vision and plan among the various entities in the area as well as towards the general and professional public.
