Center of New Žižkov - International Workshop

The aim of the client is to create a residential complex of approximately 1,200 – 1,300 apartments with variable commercial spaces on the ground floor along Olšanská and Jana Želivského streets and, according to the agreement with Prague 3, to establish a kindergarten, which the investor will subsequently transfer free of charge to the ownership of the city district.
The client emphasizes the creation of a valuable public space with greenery at the intersection of Olšanská and Jana Želivského streets and park greenery along Jana Želivského street and on the southern side of the site (towards the cemetery).
