Martin Rauch

1974 - graduated in ceramics and stone construction at the Higher Technical School in Stoob
1978 - studied ceramics in the master class of Professor Maria Bilger-Perz, Matteo Thun, and others at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna
1983 - studied architecture in the master class of Professor Wilhelm Holzbauer in Vienna
1983 - dissertation titled “Clay-Silt-Earth” awarded by the federal ministry for science and research
since 1985 - designed, projected, and realized a number of public and private buildings made of rammed earth across Austria and abroad
1999 - founded the company “Lehm Ton Erde Baukunst GmbH” (Clay Silt Earth Construction Art Ltd.) in Schlins, Austria
since 2002 - lectures at the Art University in Linz
2005 - consultant for the "Project South Africa" at the Faculty of Architecture in Linz
