Since 1974, he worked in the office of the chief architect of the Gottwaldov district as a designer, and from 1986 as the chief architect of the Zlín district. He contributed to the development of the zoning plan for Zlín and Otrokovice. He is the author and co-author of several buildings both in Zlín and in the Zlín district. He was involved in the film scripts "And What Next, City" and the television series "Scarred Face of Cities." Since 1993, he has been the architect of his own studio AJG.
