The Sialu School was a creative postgraduate environment based on mutual competition among its members (c. 1970–1978). The plan of the School, founded by Miroslav Masák and Karel Hubáček, was to allow graduates to transition from study to practice for 1–2 years, but a larger portion of the participants stayed longer. The residential stay in the converted inn Na Jedlové was a unique life and work experience in the political situation of advancing normalization. Life and work took place at Na Jedlové. Jiskrová was the only female architect there and a mother, and she had to work hard to keep up in competition with her male colleagues Jiří Suchomel, Emil Přikryl, John Eisler, Zdeněk Zavřel, Mirko Baum, and others. Apart from shared projects such as the reconstruction of Žižkov and the completion of the lower center of Liberec, Jiskrová was commissioned for the urban plan of Bedřichov. Her other project was a residential hotel for athletes in Výrovka in the Krkonoš: the design won a requested state competition. Both projects remained unrealized. In 1978, Jiskrová and Zdeněk Zavřel emigrated to the Netherlands. Jiří Suchomel developed the Community Center in Pec pod Sněžkou and the Czech State Insurance Company in Liberec as part of the Sialu School. Suchomel later took over the leadership of Atelier 2 (Sialu), Stavoprojekt Liberec.
