Biography
1975 - became a collaborator of the architectural firm ARTEC
1984 - founded his own architectural practice
1993 - founded the company CAAU (Coldefy & Associés, Architectes Urbanistes), which focused primarily on the area along the A1 motorway (from Paris to Lille) and the territory of Paris. He built a number of cultural projects, schools and universities, office buildings, shopping centers, and urban studies. His office also served as a liaison for American architects for their projects in French territory. He collaborated with Harry Weese & Associates (Chicago) and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (New York), for example.
In 2012, he handed over his practice to his son Thomas Coldefy and his wife Isabel Van Haute.
