The house purchased from the developer had not yet been built, unlike the neighboring ones, so it was possible to intervene in the layout. The trapezoidal shape and the concept of the original floor plan did not provide a great chance for a successful interior solution; however, after difficult negotiations with the developer, it was possible to implement fundamental changes. The new position of the staircase introduced a solid order into the layout, the living space gained parallel walls and generous dimensions, and the irregular shapes of the floor plan were utilized for sanitary and technical facilities as well as storage spaces.
