The size of the old house could not meet the requirements of the clients, nor did it create a large living space. During the reconstruction there was built a private zone of bedrooms with study, dressing room and sanitary facilities. The generous kitchen and dining room was built in a new annex: the ground floor pavilion is surrounded by greenery, in direct contact with the winter garden, the original house and the terraces. Natural wood, white bricks, large windows like frames of pictures of mature trees.
