Bright apartment in a new building with large terraces and a view of Prague. Where cooking happens, dining takes place, work is done, children play, television is watched, reading and creating happen, and sleeping and changing clothes occur...

As part of the layout improvement, we first cut a piece out of the excessively monumental living room and added an office, playroom, and guest room in one, to place it in a more practical position for family living. This added another layer of potential living configurations spiced up with the possibility of monumentalizing the space at any time by opening large sliding doors that can seamlessly disappear behind a large bookshelf. The living space is then gradually furnished with custom-designed furniture for the apartment and its users: whether it's the dining table and bench, wardrobe, or a valet with a mirror, kitchen, bar, work tables, bedroom, or play corners for children...

A quality architectural design always includes appropriately coordinated technical infrastructure. Heating elements, ventilation grilles for recuperation, closures, and distributors behind doors of all kinds, measuring devices, and controllers. Connections to media. In this respect, interiors in new buildings are always a challenge. Among other things, it is necessary to adapt to the constraints posed by the already finished technical infrastructure, which usually follows straightforward technical solutions. Therefore, a careful and technically knowledgeable observer will not miss the ventilated covers of the heating elements, hidden routes of the extractor hood, or media connections that had to be accommodated.
