Winery Skoupil

Wine is the alpha and omega of every winery. It is the most important and wonderful thing that winemakers in the Pálava Hills have and into which they invest their hearts. We want every visitor to Vinařství Skoupil to understand this and to keep wine in sight at all times. The scenography of the space connects tradition, firm principles, the experience of contemporary gastronomy with art and the comfort expected in a family winery. The illuminated peaks of Pálava, massive wood, and iconic graphics bring emotion to the space, while the rounded crystal wine cellar adds a touch of uniqueness.
The redesign of the lobby was based on minimal interventions in the existing structures and spatial elements. Not everything, even with wine, happens at once and quickly. It takes its time. The newly created spaces offer an entrance hall with a reception area and tasting spaces with seating and a large chilled wine cellar. The spaces were painted with a traditional roller using the partial lacquering method. Oak wood and modern digital printing technology were used for furniture production. The artistic representation of the Pálava Hills is made from suspended glowing wine bottles.
