The villa stands on a plot of land that slopes to the northwest. From here, there are stunning views of the western panorama of Valašské Meziříčí and the Beskid peaks, including the Radhošť ridge. The main entrance and access to the house is from the north. We designed the house as a three-story building: the entrance is on the ground floor, the first floor is residential, and the second floor is for bedrooms with a glass lookout by the staircase. The spatial concept is a variation on "Raumplan." The main living rooms are oriented to the south, while the bedrooms offer a variety of views from east to west. A significant feature of the house is the large-format glazing with a skylight in the stair hall on the 3rd floor, which offers unobstructed long-distance views at the highest point of the house.
The house is predominantly built using brick technology with external contact insulation, and the horizontal structures were realized as monolithic reinforced concrete.
